Our Inspiration; The Story of Mala

Mala ,  east  cineligide  repeating prayer, positivity, mantra or intent while praising during meditation- It is an ancient tool, also called a meditation rosary, which has a long history developed to keep thoughts away.

Contains a full Mala  108 beads  plus a guru or meru bead. They can be used as a full 108-stone trowel necklace  or wrapped around the wrist, or as a half trowel with 54 beads or as a 27-bead wrist trowel that can be used as a bracelet._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136235cf58d_The guru (teacher) or meru (mountain) bead is usually larger than other mantra beads and provides a starting and ending point for counting mantra repetitions. A tassel is tied to the end of the guru/meru bead to finish the mala with a final knot.

Malas help us focus our awareness and concentration during your spiritual practices, meditation, or a tool. Also, wearing your mala throughout the day will serve as a constant reminder of your intentions.
